All our costumes come with an additional absorbent, washable and reusable in case of heavy flows. Our products do not require special care, it will be enough to first rinse the costume in cold water before washing it with the rest of the laundry but without using fabric softeners.

Returns
Must be communicated within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of goods. The right of withdrawal is deemed to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are met:
1. The product must be returned together with the attached protection.
2. The identification tag must still be attached to the product.
3. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Rejections
In case of rejection of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (eg. wrong address and / or phone number of the recipient, repeated absence of the recipient, etc..) will be withheld the amount to cover the following expenses: "shipment goods" + "return goods" + "customs for return" and charged to the recipient.
